Went to UPCI camp meeting for 2.5 days and ate off plan..it shows on the scale but not on my body! I had such a great time with my baby and the girls...God is soooo gooood
129.4 kg Lost so far: 5.1 kg.    Still to go: 16.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
