getting back on track. Headache tried to come back yesterday. fought it off with Tylenol after ibruprophen failed. Took kids out to eat last night before taking them shopping to get a birthday gift for their dad. ( I always try to remember its for the kids not for my ex :) ) we went to eat Mexican. I just got chicken taco salad and did not eat the shell but I did eat some chips and salsa. was very tasty. the kids all where asking if I was off of my diet. lol. I seldom eat any of that kind of stuff anymore. I explained I am off the very low calorie part but im still watching what I eat. pushing off my habits to the kids as well.

I get to work this morning to find our operations is grilling out for us today. I guess my shrimp I brought will wait till tomorrow. Im eating steak. Ill leave the chips pasta and soda alone but those steaks are so good.
69.3 kg Lost so far: 11.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
