The wedding and stress is finally all over, I think 4 pounds isn’t half bad for as much stress eating and not thinking about weight I’ve been doing. Back to it now, as a married woman.
124.8 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 11.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
