Because I weigh daily, was not expecting much of a loss and snacked extra a couple of days out of plateau fear/frustration (can you say “emotional eater”?) and then boom! It goes to show that the formula is never a straight calories in and out…Maybe I can start actually accepting that now!
149.6 kg Lost so far: 25.3 kg.    Still to go: 90.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
