I finally got a good night's sleep. Ate out twice yesterday: an oyster salad for lunch and a gyro w potato chips for supper. No sweet tea. The only sweet thing I had yesterday was a square of dark chocolate and a half-glass of red wine. Read an interesting article from NYT written by Taubes about sugars possibly doing more to contribute to obesity than anything else. Sugar and white carbs do trigger cravings and overeating for me. So I think I'll do alright if I just keep staying away from those things and keep my calories under 2000 a day. Had a good long walk around 4:30pm.
71.0 kg Lost so far: 25.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That sounds to me that you are thinking ahead. I have just started and I hope I can do well...self planning and really watching carbs...I like them too much.
