I am so sick of being in this plateau. 😒 Guess I just have to be patient and ride it out. I am not a patient person but I may as well suck it up. 😮‍💨

84.9 kg Lost so far: 62.5 kg. Still to go: 16.9 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
