Yes! I'm still movin' on down! I'm going to have to admit though I can't see why. I have been indulging a bit I had a whole bag of popcorn last night and I had a can of tuna with lunch yesterday and forgot to log it. Aside from that I guess I've been eating less and trying to stay busy.
80.5 kg Lost so far: 24.8 kg.    Still to go: 1.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks! I guess you are right I look at it as calories but ya I guess a healthy choice makes all the difference!
