upper body workout in the gym today for 30 mins followed by 12 mins on elliptical trainer and stretches.
100.6 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 25.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.1 kg a Week
