It's a wonder what a difference exercise makes. last week I didn't get much in at all and my weight stayed pretty much the same. The week before I was a monster and lost like 5 pounds. Guess I know what to do now!
105.1 kg Lost so far: 6.0 kg.    Still to go: 32.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
