Slow but some progress at least! I've had a crazy few days and it isn't going to slow down anytime soon I don't think. Just going to do what I can to stay on track.
80.7 kg Lost so far: 24.5 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
