Just a smidgen below 50 lb loss since I started this most recent health journey in January and feeling “lighter”…in a number of ways. Learning to plan for special treats, keeping them portion-sized and in moderation, eliminated the usual overwhelming guilt I used to feel that led to me falling off track. Grateful for this app and supportive community 🫶🏻
150.1 kg Lost so far: 24.7 kg.    Still to go: 91.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
