Began riding my bike about 5 miles/day
88.7 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 9.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I don't think I know how. I know the old saying "it's like riding a bike"... But it has been a very long time. Not having a bike isn't helping matters. 😆
