Is it water weight or is this legit? I've been working out without skipping a day and eating in a large calorie deficit (without being dangerously low). either way, I can see my body is changing and I'm so proud. I'm going to be the me I've always wanted to be and I'm not going to give up.
78.1 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 1.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It could be a little bit of both. But you’re looking at a 5.4 lbs drop since May 31, so this is a very healthy drop for you. Congrats! 🎉
