Woo Hoo!!! Following Dr. Karen Wolfe's suggestions from her book, "Is Your Lifestyle Killing You" has proven to be amazingly effective. She says to eat small meals every 3 hours of protein and a fruit or veggie. Simple. This is to keep your blood sugar steady and consistent so you don't "crash". There is no sugar in this diet since everything you're eating is whole foods and nothing processed. I have cheated a few times. One night I ate 1.5 OZ package of Peperidge Farm Gold Fish --- and two nights I did have a couple of vodka sodas. They weren't horrible binges or anything, and I was right back on eating healthy, so my fudges seem to be forgiven and haven't shown up on the scale at all.

I am down 12 pounds in 10 days. This really works!
105.2 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 32.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
