I don't know how this happened because I dropped the ball yesterday. I went over my desired caloric intake. We'll see if a gain comes but I'm going to do all I can to try to remain below my intake today.
85.3 kg Lost so far: 62.1 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
