A very successful week! Went to a BBQ with a lot of burgers and dogs, and I didn't touch it. I brought turkey breast and summer squashes for meals. Stayed strong! And I feel very motivated this week! Let the good days continue!
107.0 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
