Not sure of weight loss really as I keep bouncing from work and home scales....as long as its coming off and I feel healthy. Week 1 all I thought and talked about was dieting now I'm less daunted and hungry....saying No and changing my food attitude will be the biggest hurdle and battling hypo-thyroid feels like an addition.....Rome was not built in a day lol
86.0 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 16.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
