my weight has been all over the place lately. I've been really struggling with depression lately. getting it below 180 again makes me really happy though. I'm motivated to keep fighting for this.
81.0 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
