Down 9 pounds in one week by eating small portions every 3 hours (protein and a fruit or vegetable). I was inspired by Dr. Karen Wolfe's book "Is your lifestyle killing you?". I am shocked at how well this works. Dr. Wolfe makes the well documented case that sugar in our processed foods is making us obese. She also talks about how horrible aspertame and other artificial sweetners are for us.

I cut out all sugar, all diet sodas, all processed food and am eating whole fruits, veggies, and protein, and the results are clear. This is great! And I'm never hungry because I'm constantly eating.
107.0 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 34.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
