The scale gods were good this morning. These 230’s plateaus have been a real challenge to work through. It’s taken 1.5 months to get to this point. Admittedly I’ve had a few days that I was not following be feeding protocols and definitely paid the price. I’ve hit 231 & 230 on three separate occasions only to digress back up to as high as 240!!!! However this is the week that I will arrive in 220’s land to never look back. Let’s Get This Work💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽👊🏽
