Haven’t been updating this regularly. I am trying. Things are going well. I eat healthy most of the time and do take out once a week and popcorn with melted butter once a week. These treats allow me to keep a balance. I’m feeling much better and can’t wait to get to my first goal weight which is 160 pounds. Next 150 and then my final goal weight is 135-140. Slow and steady. Started April 19.
73.2 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week
