Well surprise, surprise! I had a treat day yesterday. I had California Pizza combo and later a huge apple fritter! Wasn't really planning it but that's ok. I've been doing well. ( still carb cycling but just 1x a week instead of 2) I don't feel guilty as I'm pretty diligent and like to eat a more non processed diet most of the time. I'm at a good weight and workouts are going very well! I know I'm stronger than 3 months ago so that is a positive.
I feel like I'm continuingly evolving with my fitness journey and I've learned so much from FS members and of course my nutritionist. Have a great day guys!!
58.8 kg Lost so far: 11.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Mainecoon, I need to weigh tomorrow cuz sometimes it takes me a couple days to show a gain or loss. If I gain a couple, it's ok. I'm in a good place right now fitness wise. 💜💜💜
