Not a big loss (relative to my weight) but a loss none the same. Every ounce counts and this is a permanent change in habits, not temporary, so trying my best to give my body the opportunities it needs to adjust along the way.
153.4 kg Lost so far: 21.5 kg.    Still to go: 94.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
