Added homemade beef bone stock to my diet. 8 ounces every day. I think it is helping with my thyroid and adrenal gland. My hormones seem to be better balanced. I feel more energetic and clear headed!
118.4 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 54.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week
