Tip: need to squeeze in a workout? Do a Fitness Blender workout on You Tube! I did one of their's yesterday & it was awesome! It was pretty much a HIIT workout but it wasn't labeled as such. 37 min including warm up and post workout stretches. It really kicked my butt.

I'e worked out 4 times in the past week!!! I'm so proud of myself! Consistency has not been my friend in the past, which makes this victory so sweet.

We been invited to a friend's beach house on Saturdya foor paella & wine. So that will but a small dent in my weight loss, but that is ok. I'm planning/preparing for it. Plus if I don't have any alcohol tonight, that will mean it has been a week inbetween drinking! I love wine...and cider... and champagne... and a good cocktail... even some beer - here's looking at you, pale ale with an orange. But I'm proud that I'm skipiping this indulgence for over all health and weightloss. Although, it is easier to do when we don't have social engagements.

Exciting update for me: I have surpassed my first mini goal of 167!!!!! So now, I will change my target weight to 160!!!!
