still stuck. 151.5 this will break eventually. phase 3 you are not supposed to loose or gain more than 2 lbs. in the past however I continued to loose weight and im working to do that again. I do however worry about this weekend bc I am taking the kids to st Louis before school starts so I wont be home to fix meals. I did get a room with a fridge though and will take a griddle to help. yesterday I was still right at 900 calories. so im keeping on track but allowing more calories in. im trying to get up to 1000-1200. boy that sound weird. up to but if you are not eating fast food and staying with lean meats. fruits and veggies it is hard. I feel like I am eating all the time.
