Big drop! for me at least. I'm so happy. my body looks so much better already. I have more to lose for sure but I'm doing my best. I've been really depressed and it's hard to keep up with a routine but I'm doing my best.
80.6 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
