Weight fluctuated. 2 lbs.....not bad since I went over my calories yesterday. That's OK....I had a good day.

Sitting out on the patio with my 2nd cup of coffee. Hubby was sitting with me but he went inside. We don't have anything planned for today. I do need to water some of the plants. I'll do that after I finish my journal.

I nudged Hubby into going out for the afternoon yesterday. Out of the options I suggested we went into town & checked out the music on the upper porch of one of the businesses. They offer a Ghost tour of downtown as their main attraction. They started a wine tasting & offer music on Sunday afternoons. It's a small venue & not too crowded. We ordered Sangria to sip & listened to the music for awhile. We decided to get dinner in town at the gourmet burger resteraunt downstairs. There was an 45 min. to an hour wait so we took a walk around the square & over to the park. We sat there for a few minutes then walked back to the restaurant. The first available seats were at the bar, so we took those. I started up a conversation with 2 ladies from out of town that sat down next to us. Hubby jokingly said I was being "Brenda", our niece who always had a new best friend everywhere she went. I told him maybe she was channeling me, since I was wearing her dress. We lost her last August. 💔 I had red wine and a fried trout sandwich on sourdough for dinner. I passed up the tator tots, fries & other options & had a salad as my side. We didn't have lunch, unless I count the Sangria as lunch 😏

I ended the week just over 1600 calories on average so not bad.

We don't have anything social planned this week, yet. I am planning to go pick out new glasses & get them ordered.

Sitting here watching a female Cardinal play around in the bird bath a few feet in front of me. 😊
