Down with a bad cough/fever. Not covid but it’s put me off my tucker, that’s for sure.

So, am using this as an opportunity to IF for a few days & see the results (if any).

Just having an oatmeal b’fast, with lots of warm water (sometimes with a teaspoon of honey) to soothe the throat.

Let’s see what my weight does over the next 1-2 days…
84.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 12.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Still a cough & a bit snotty. Alas it takes much longer to recover than it does to get sick…

I have also been knocked out with a bad cold. I haven't experienced this for years, with all the covid restrictions. It certainly reduced my appetite. Hoping you are feeling better soon.

Sorry to hear your recovery is taking so long, must be frustrating. Keep warm, drink plenty warm fluids and rest up as much as you can. Allow your body some time-out to heal. Hopefully you'll be 100% again soon. 🏋‍♂️🤸‍♂️
