It's been a very exhausting 4-5 days dealing with the local forest fires, and the imminent evacuations. Ever day there has been a different worry or long waits to see what happens next. It's all out of our hands, and Mother Nature is definitely in charge.

At first I thought I was getting light headed and getting head aches, bc of all the smoke in the air, but I've deduced that I haven't been eating enough. Or often enough. Just really busy doing things out of the house.

I've also continued my "dancing" exercises at home, and walking after dinner. If we hike up high enough on the mountain, we can find clean air to breath. Don't worry! It's a part of the valley that doesn't have active fires!!

So while I had a few moments to myself, I weighed in!! yeah another lb. off! Tomorrow I will watch closer to my food intake and adjust and see if I feel better.

127.0 kg Lost so far: 10.4 kg.    Still to go: 36.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
