I just completed a meltdown challenge.. lose 4% in 4 weeks. It was a little more motiviating because there was $$ involved and accountability points. I was successful with that and need to keep it going. Here's to salads and workouts!! Cheers!! :)
92.5 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
