On my way back below 110 kgs. I guess this is the downside to weighing in daily - I get to see every tiny little weight gain/drop. Had I only weighed in weekly, my weight would probably have stayed under 110 all the time (assuming I am back under before Saturday - which I will be!).
However, I feel that I need a short leash on myself, and I ned to know exactly what's going on in my body.
Yesterday, I got notice that I am switching work place. This is a good thing. I have been enduring a one-hour bus ride every day for a while. Now I will have to "endure" a nine minute walk to work instead. This - other than the convenience - means I get to work the same place as my wife. It also means that I will get a chance to go swimming again. I used to do this for a few months around christmas, and I liked it a lot. I want to go back and do it again. If nothing else because I bought a one-year pass that is good until November. Back then I didn't know I was switching work places.
So today I will go to work at my old work place, and come home from my new spot. Life is indeed good.
110.4 kg Lost so far: 44.6 kg.    Still to go: 25.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
