Not first in the morning but I need to log something to get back in the habit. Been keeping between 1600-2000 Cal per day so hopefully the real number is a bit lower 😬
56.7 kg Lost so far: 12.9 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

you can lose that weight. i gained some of my own and have great intentions to reach my goal, even though i project 2-3 years (due to being a slow loser due to medications, and a low tolerance for exercise - due to a medical condition)

Weighing food does help a lot! I'm in the process of moving and my food scale is packed but I'm doing my best until I get it back .
