Stress can be handled well by anyone. Personally, I recommend 'regulating the autonomic nervous system'. What is needed for this is very simple. 1・Exposure to sunlight for approximately 15 to 30 minutes per day. 2・a balanced nutritional diet 3・moderate exercise 4・Take a bath and soak in the tub slowly. 5・good (quality) sleep If these five things are continued, anyone's autonomic nervous system will be regulated.

I think that's really good advice to aspire to live by.

I think different things cause different levels of stress. And some people have HUGE stress! Work stress / Family stress/ Money stress… I wish good food, a hot tub and sunshine could manage it!!! I really do!

I agree that those things aren't a quick fix after the event for things that come along to stress us. But I do think they are good things for us to try to improve in our everyday lives to become healthier, better balanced and more resilient to cope better with life.
