I went on vacation for 2 weeks, and I still lost weight. I am so happy about that. I ate lots of grilled fish, shrimp, salads and played in the enormous waves that was a work out in itself. Had a wonderful vacation with family, enjoyed great food and lost weight. Can't have a better vacation then that.
