A chunk of weight gain today - but that's allright. Not gonna be too concerned about it. I know I have done right, and that I am still losing weight. My visceral fat percentage is down also.
I already reached my goal, and I know I will be below it again in a day or two.
As soon as I can see that I will STAY under 110 kgs, I will set my new goal. Until then, I will just keep going, but without an end goal.
Life is good!
111 kg Lost so far: 44 kg.    Still to go: 26 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
