MUMS THE WORD!
My Mothers day is going very well as my girls and husband I went to our local Woody's Restaraunt and enjoyed a very nice Mothers Day meal with Brians Mother and several of his nieces and sisters. I had a wonderful Sante Fe Salad and the service was terrific. Love was in the air as some of us haven't seen each other in over a year.
Last night around 10PM my car was rear ended by a neighborhood lady who was driving under the influence while it was parked at my home. She was handcuffed and taken to the County Jail. Luckily their were no victims other then our two cars. I can still drive my car but it is pretty torn up and her cars air bags exploded and was totaled having to be towed away. I am hoping my car can be repaired because it is a 2001 Ford Focus and only has 80,000 miles on it. I don't know if my uninsured motorist insurance will have to kick in or if she had insurance since the Highway patrol took her information. I hope this is a turning point for the woman as it could have been so much worse.

Oh Lisa that's terrible. I sure hope she had insurance so your car can be taken care of. That must have really spoiled your Mother's Day. I know it could have been worse but none the less it will be a big incomvenience for you and I am so sorry. Hope today is much better.. Hugs

Oh Lisa, I am so glad you were not in the car. I had a Ford Fusion and
a woman rear ended me at a red light and shoved my car into another one
in front of me. It totaled my car. But you know what my little Ford
protected me. Not a scratch or even a bruise. I had no ill affects at
all. So happy you had a wonderful Mother's day except for that..
Oh and I want to wish you an early Happy Anniversary the 10th. 25 years is a good long time.. I will be married 37, the 29th of this month...Yay for us!!!!!!!
