Saw a Dietician last Friday. We spoke about Gluten Free eating. She's Paleo and also wants me to give up dairy. I tried last weekend and this week but I just can't do it. It's enough to eat gluten free. I'll contact her to see if she still wants to work with me if I choose not to go dairy free. I feel good about my weight loss so far. I've been sticking with the plan, except for the dairy free. I don't use that much dairy any way. I use 2% organic milk maybe 3 times a week for cereal and I have organic greek yogurt maybe 3 times a week. I don't like the Almond Milk. The coconut milk is more tolerable for me but neither adds much for nutrition. I also enjoy cheese on occasion. One step at a time...
