Saw doctor yesterday and glucose levels high (112) after blood test. Everything else was good. Want to lose three pounds and maintain. Worried about glucose.
64.9 kg Lost so far: 20.4 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
