I have been drinking loads of water and eating healthy. I have also been exercising every other day and sometimes more. I am so proud of myself and hope this trend of losing keeps up!
I am back at work as of last Monday so maybe it will help to be on a routine again.
72.1 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
