I've been working hard this week and I'm satisfied with the weight on the scale, but at the same time I think I could have eaten a little more, as I've been feeling really hungry these past few days. I still can't find a balance. A bittersweet good morning 😑

@erq1 It's true. I try to eat foods full of fiber but I really need to start increasing the portions. Last week I was really scared and I ate very little. I will try to organize myself better, with a rational approach. Very difficult for me as I have an emotional relationship with food

I also have an unhealthy relationship with food! It's all in my brain! My brain tells me it's ok to eat this or that! I really do know better! And the PORTIONS! I have to be diligent with weighing and measuring! Otherwise - I will just keep eating and eating..... 🌼 🌸 🌺 🌻

You'll find the balance as long as you practice mindfulness and course correction. You've identified an issue that may be interfering with your journey, and recognition is always the first step. Do remember that trying to white knuckle it is not sustainable, so you need to do what will allow you to continue for the long term. You got this 👍

Most days I can stay in my calorie range (1550 C), but about every 8th or 9th day I feel ravenous and feel like I need more calories, so I bump it up on those days by an extra 300 - 400 more! Then I seem fine.

Word of caution: when I do that I end up binging at some point. I hope we can both find balance soon.
