Going to the gym and logging everything makes such a difference. Vacation weight is off. Checking in with doctor tomorrow to make sure everything is ok and no diabetes setback or blood pressure elevation. Taking the weight off got rid of the problems I think but checking in after a few months of not doing so is probably a good idea. Tried on a bandage dress today and looked like I had a food baby.
65.3 kg Lost so far: 20.0 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
