Today was harder than expected after a big fun weekend away. A day of putting away things from trip and catching up the laundry. A day to get squared away with healthy food again. Slipped up with a couple pcs. of zucchini bread today. Should have sent it with husbands lunch! I suppose I could have eaten the entire loaf! but didn't!
I'm finding I'm already thinking about how it's going to be in the 100's tomorrow and looking for an excuse not to walk in the morning. I just need to go to bed earlier tonight, and get up extra early. It's the best time to walk anyways!
Help me keep my promise to myself...do it for me.
