monday morning and it seems I'm back to my "average" weight. Not too bad... :)

TOM is getting closer to starting so the massive fluctuations are not as bad as I would have expected so if its just like this then its fine.

Last night I decided to make my first ever souffle which turned out awesome, I cannot believe I've waited this long to make a LC dessert so good :)
59.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
