I was sure I hadn't lost weight. Seeing it on the scale, however, is a bit sad. I've been out a lot this week and I know that eating in pubs or restaurants and drinking alcohol is not exactly the best strategy to lose weight. I will try to keep optimism and continue to give it my all 💪 I start the "zero alcohol and zero fried food" week 🥲

Be kind to yourself! Life happens! Also, this is about a lifelong change in food and mindset around food! The journey HAS to be sustainable to be successful!
