well, that is a surprise. hit the new goal. it is my last goal. i won't be aiming for anything lower than that. however, I wish I was smarter to know how I got there actually. was it just consistency with the calories? was it increase in protein? was it my cheat days boosting metabolism? this has been a very hard journey. but I'm happy and grateful and proud of my hard work.
