Well I'm trying to practice PORTION CONTROL. I sincerely believe I'm following the correct eating plan but I just eat too much. All of my blood tests came back with excellent results - blood sugar, anti-inflammation indicators, HDL/LDLs, etc. So the two things I need to work on are portion control and exercise.
118.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 55.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.0 kg a Week
