day # 3.. felt pretty good, long day. went to the gym to ride bike - 6 miles! Also kept carbs down and had no sugar!! back down to where I have lost 100 lbs..ya!!! now 65 to go to where I was before and a total of 125 or so til goal....we...I am doing this !!! NOW IS THE TIME !!!
124.6 kg Lost so far: 55.2 kg.    Still to go: 58.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
