I don't know why before I was afraid to fast. so far this week I have stopped eating by 6/630 pm and not eating until 9 am. I think it is really helping me. In addition to really pushing the water.
95.8 kg Lost so far: 11.7 kg.    Still to go: 27.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
