This is hard..but...there it is! Keeping it honest. Maybe not totally accurate bcoz using home scales but won't b far off. The only way around it..is through it..so here I go..fresh start..diet started today and back in the gym tmro..I can do this!!

Hi Anne❤ I've not been doing very well for the past while, js attended my 5th funeral since Xmas, all routines/health&mental health are out the window and I'm struggling to get them back, went on holiday too and ate lots of good Spanish food so I was dreading weighing myself!! But...I can't have an end goal if I don't have a start point....bikini body here I come 🤣
